Compared to ordinary leather wallets and handbags, our aluminum cases protect cards against illegal data theft, called RFID-Scanning. (RFID radio frequency identification)
RFID scanning is when personal data, which is increasingly stored on RFID chips on credit cards, debit cards and even new ID cards and passports are illegally scanned. In this case, the data from the RFID chips are detected and read by the mobile scanners at a short distance, they can even scan the leather wallets, handbags, pants and jacket pockets.
Our products, on the other hand, are made from a fully sealed aluminum polymer compound. This is what prevents the radio waves from the scanner from coming into contact with the RFID chip and thus blocks scanning and protects the data stored in your wallet.
This aluminum-polymer compound also protects the cards against electromagnetic radiation and demagnetization. In addition, this sturdy yet lightweight exterior protects the contents inside your wallet from mechanical damage or breakage and bumps, weather influences such as snow, rain, sand, and liquids. This is why our products make a perfect "safe" in a mini-format.
